Our next guest for iBicocca’s platinum is Lorenzo Zatini, ecosystem, community and events marketing lead at Qonto.
He has a track record and a knack for scaleups with previous achievements at ProntoPro and BlaBlaCar.
Lorenzo graduates in in political science and communication in 2014, at the University of Firenze, following up with corporate communication at the University of Milano “La Statale” in 2017
He had already worked as journalist, community manager and marketing assistant (at expo 2015!) Before launching into his first venture at BlaBlaCar. He took care of social media at the scaleup for two years before moving on to another great project in 2018: ProntoPro. He obtained astounding results, really helping the venture’s road to the success it has today. In our first call, he told us he had a history of “startupping without being a founder”.
He is still somewhat doing that, working as ecosystems, community and events marketing lead at Qonto, and more. Perhaps one of the most notable startups on this list, in terms of raised funds and growth, the work at Qonto is a great part of his current projects, but that’s not all… Lorenzo is also currently a travel coordinator at WeRoad! We think you get that he can’t really stay still and, along with his current work, more and more talks and events, feature him among the main speakers, including ours!
